🛍️Can I modify my order?
If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible (coucou@pakkado.com), and specify your name, your order number as well as the changes you wish to make.
If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to modify it.
🛍️How soon will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Then, you have to take into account the delivery time of your package.
📦What are the delivery times?
Once your order has been shipped, shipments sent by Colissimo are generally delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Those shipped by Mondial Relay are delivered within 3 to 6 working days.
These are the average delivery times generally observed, and are not contractual. They are given to you for information purposes only. These deadlines exclude postal delivery problems.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. They are added to the prices of items sold on the site.
When placing your order, you will have to pay the price of the items you have chosen, as well as the delivery costs, which depend on the delivery method you have chosen.
All this information appears in your basket, and you can check your order before paying for it.
Delivery in mainland France is free for purchases over €35.

📦Which countries do you ship orders to?
We ship our products to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain. If you are outside of these countries, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can see together how to ensure that you can enjoy our beautiful products.😉
↩️How to return an item?
Before returning your item, contact us (coucou@pakkado.com) and let us know, by means of a clear declaration and before the withdrawal period expires, of your wish to return an item.
A standard form is available to you in the appendix to our General Conditions of Sale and our Reimbursement Policy.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, including taking possession of the product by a third party that you have designated and who is not the carrier.
To be returned, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If this is not the case, we will not be able to issue your refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The initial delivery costs will only be refunded if your order is returned in full.
